USDG adheres to strict regulatory standards, including capital reserve requirements, monthly attestations, and annual audits, with reserve assets held in segregated accounts for holder protection.

• In the EU, USDG is issued by Paxos Issuance Europe Oy, regulated by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.
