TrueUSD (TUSD) is a fiat-backed stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the U.S. dollar. It is the first digital asset with live on-chain attestations by independent third-party institutions, ensuring transparency of its USD reserves. TUSD is available on over 100 trading platforms and 12 public blockchains, including Ethereum, TRON, Avalanche, BSC, Fantom, and Polygon. It integrates Chainlink Proof of Reserve (PoR) to secure minting and enhance reliability. In October 2022, TUSD was granted statutory status as authorized digital currency in the Commonwealth of Dominica.
