It's maybe not the most popular, but well established, exchange service (p2p marketplace) supporting 1 cryptocurrency: you can buy and sell coins using 22 fiat currencies (16 banks & payment systems are supported). Exchange service started the business May 2015, it serves the clients for a few years.

This P2P Marketplace welcomes customers from 255 countries (including your country: United States!). It serves the US and allows registrations from all the 56 states and territories. Unfortunately we couldn't yet collect enough data about the order processing speed from the customers of Paxful, although according to information we got, the order processing is not fully automated so delays with the funds delivery may happen.
