The filter works inside your current search

A payment method narrows the offers available for the asset, currency, direction, and country you selected. No match means that this combination has no visible offer for the selected method. It does not answer what another method or search context might show.

Widen the payment search

When the table is empty because of the selected method, the page explains that this is the narrowest filter and provides a Show any payment method control. Use it to remove that filter while keeping the rest of your selection.

The payment picker keeps your current choice even when it has no matches. You can select another method directly.

Keep the route you need

If you want to use a particular payment method, leave it selected and adjust another part of the search, such as the asset, currency, direction, or country. Then check the updated rows. Start from the comparison or review the matching rules in the methodology.
