Conflux is a permissionless Layer 1 blockchain designed to connect decentralized economies across borders and protocols. It recently migrated to a hybrid Proof-of-Work/Proof-of-Stake consensus, aiming to provide a fast, secure, and scalable blockchain environment with zero congestion, low fees, and improved network security.
